A small estate in Languedoc, not far from Beziers. Jean-Charles Auffret started Clos Aguilem in 2015.

This Mas Blanc is a somewhat unusual combination of Chenin blanc, Grenache blanc and Vermentino. All hand-picked. Fruity, floral and balanced. Ideal with asparagus!
