A small estate in Languedoc, not far from Beziers. Jean-Charles Auffret started Clos Aguilem in 2015.

All grapes are picked by hand. Mainly due to the sun and optimum ripeness they form together a smooth and elegant whole. Very lively, crispy and full. Beautiful rounded tannins.
