A beautiful return to a great tradition.
A careful selection of Sangiovese grapes are dried, at the same time the other grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks. Once the drying is complete, the grapes are put in the barrel where the fresh grapes have already completed the first fermentation, thus starting the second fermentation. This old traditional Tuscan technique is called "Governo".
An elegant bouquet with intense aromas of ripe fruit and floral scents. Thanks to the Governo technique, this wine is pleasantly round, well structured, soft and harmonious.
