Matan is a single vineyard wine. The vines are on the Gleno vineyard at an altitude of 600 meters. Fermentation in stainless steel. Afterwards the wine rests for 12 to 15 months in a mix of 225 liter oak barriques and large oak barrels. What you get in your glass borders on the insane for a Pinot Noir lover.
